What is the
"let my people go bill" ?
Prison Exodus Plan
The United States has more people in prison per capita than any other country in the world. The Corona virus has shut down the judicial system and isn’t allowing people to have a speedy trial; this is potentially putting innocent people in harm's way for misdemeanor crimes. We want to see a mass exodus of prisoners with non violent crimes and drug charges released.
The Let My People Go Bill could save the country a ton of money, help create thousands of jobs, encourage prisoners to get involved in programs, lower the recidivism rates, and give people hope and a chance. Let’s become the land of the free again! There are already a number of cities that have started releasing non violent offenders like some in New Jersey and Washington. We need to make this a federal mandate and implement this on a national level. If you’re interested in helping us with this bill, please reach out to us.

We want to see a mass exodus of prisoners with non violent crimes and drug charges released.
- With the courts being backed up we should immediately ban all officers from being able to incarcerate anyone for possession of drugs.
- Our state and federal governments teamed up with the private prison industry and are the biggest human traffickers in the world. Imagine what would happen to the stock prices of the private prison industry if we were able to abolish prison slavery. If all prisoners were paid a fair wage, we could tax their wages, which would generate money for the state and the federal governments. Money earned by prisoners would go to: restitution, child support, housing inmates, and reentry. This would help provide money for first and last month's rent and put some money in their pocket when they are released.
- Early release plan: To qualify for early release, a prisoner would need to be involved in some kind of rehabilitation or be bettering themselves by earning their GED, or attending AA, job training, or church for examples. The inmate would need to have three (3) character witnesses: chaplains, prison ministries, leaders of prison programs, prison guards, wardens, and/or probation and parole officers.
- To be released early, prisoners would also need to have a verified job they could start when released or work for the state or Federal government. It costs an average of 35K-75K per year to house a prisoner. If we took a portion of that money and invested it back into the prisoner by paying them a fair wage, this would save the state and federal governments a ton of money. Prisoners could pick up trash or work other jobs. We could also open up the door for big companies to hire them as well. States already offer tax credits and bonding for hiring felons.
- We need to shut the door which allows private prisons the ability to lobby and create new laws There also needs to be mandatory minimums for police officers and judges caught getting kickbacks for sending people to jail or planting evidence on people..

Could the Coronavirus be what brings
our nation and world together?

Could it be that this Coronavirus is what brings our nation/world together? We are so divided politically and really need to come together to be able to weather this storm. Where I’v scene the most unity in the body of christ was after hurricane Katrina. It blew my mind how those denominational walls came down and the body came together and shined.
We are truly going to need each other. Lets see how we can work together in this time of crisis. Our world is shutting down and everyone is going to have a lot of free time on their hands and there are limitless possibilities of what can and will be accomplished. Most can't go to work, school, football games, watch March Madness on television or even go to the gym. We have a few ideas we’re working on and could really use your help. If you don’t feel led to partner with us, we encourage you to see how you can get involved in your community to be a blessing.
Call To Action
This bill is in the process of being written and we would love your feedback and help. We plan to host some debates on the above issues on college campuses around the country. This will have to wait for now since schools are closed. We are asking high school and college students to pray about helping out now that you have a lot of extra time on your hands. We will need these initiatives to be student led to get them on campuses around the country. We want to fine tune this bill as well as make some additions. If you would like to organize a debate on your college campus please contact us.
Our prayer is for reformation, reconciliation, revival and revolution. It's so like Jesus to make all things work together for the good. Come Holy Spirit! If you would like to be a part of this movement sign up here.

Call To Action
- We are asking people to set up a tent in their front yard. Ask the Lord how you can be a blessing in your community. Write down any ideas that you feel could be strategic. Pray for the homeless! This action is also to challenge laws making homelessness illegal such as the no camping bans. After this financial storm there could be a lot more of us on the streets. On a holistic note in the 1918 Influenza Pandemic, they found the virus was treated better outside when they got in the sunlight. Put a sign in your front yard with www.LetMyPeopleGoBill.com.
- Let's fly signs all over the country with LetMyPeopleGoBill.com. This is a nationwide fundraiser. If you’re in need, please keep the money you raise or give it away to a ministry/nonprofit group or someone you know in need. This action is to challenge the no panhandling laws as a breach of our Freedom of Speech. This could be a great way for nonprofit groups to raise funds as well.
- On Earth Day (Wednesday, April 22), we will be cleaning cities everywhere. Cover yourselves in mud and invade your city! Earthen vessels are coming forth in the land and encouraging cities, states, and the Federal Government to start hiring the homeless, mentally ill, and prisoners to pick up trash and pay them a fair wage for such. The mud men are coming!
- Imagine if events started doing fundraisers for the Coronavirus. We are reaching out to our clients/events we work with to please consider this.
- When the quarantine has been lifted and we are allowed to gather, organize a prayer meeting at the city hall in your town. This would be a good time to strategize on how we can work together.

Altercation with the feds
Rainbow Gathering class action law suite against Ocala for making it illegal to be homeless.
We are planning an event in Ocala Florida on July 24-28,2020. This event could change if my court case gets moved back again. This event is to raise awareness about the current class-action lawsuit against city Ocala for making homelessness a crime. We are also addressing our case with the federal government with our right to peacefully assemble and the abuse of law and power and harrassment, at this year's Ocala Rainbow Gathering. We will have live music, workshops and debeates on homelessness, drug addiction and the Let My People Go Bill. We are starting a tiny house villiage called, “Open Lodginig” named after the ticket the city of Ocala is issuing the homeless for camping.
We really feel the Rainbow Family has been impacted by the camping ban and could be a part of this class-action lawsuit. Open Lodging is the ticket being issued for camping in the city of Ocala. Rainbows hitchhike in and out of Ocala on their way to and from the Ocala Rainbow gathering. They most likely wouldn’t know about this lawsuit, because they would have left town after being released from jail. So, if anyone has received an open lodging ticket, please contact us and we can get you in touch with the ACLU, who is suing the city.
So to catch everyone up to speed we got in a little altercation with the feds at this year's Ocala Rainbow Gathering. Someone signed a permit agreeing to bring in porta potties and that we couldnt dig holes. To make things even more questionable, they are not revealing who the person was that signed the permit. Read more here!

Help Nomad's Land and Kingdom Promotions Survive!
Wow. So many things are changing. Here’s an update from the Nomads:
Although we have temporarily closed our resale shop (Nomad Homestead Supply) in Gadsden, AL, won’t be opening our traveler’s hostel (Nomad’s Land) in Attalla, AL, and have entered a complete shut-down of our bread-and-butter event staffing non-profit (Kingdom Promotions) . . . life goes on!
We have a number of things we are trying to raise funds for in this time of crisis. Although we have laid off all our employees until further notice . . . mortgages, bills, and day-to-day operational needs still persists. We still have volunteers and residents at Nomad’s Land in Alabama and North Carolina. We are also in the middle of some social activism concerning the homeless in Florida and tying up a court case from the regional Rainbow Gathering in FL.
If you would like to give, please leave a memo to allocate to one of these needs

- Nomad’s Land in Alabama and North Carolina where we are housing a few travelers during the quarantine as well as missionary and ministry partners.
- Open Lodging campground, a new work to help homeless/felons in Ocala LetMyPeopleGoBill.com
- Court case in Ocala where we are advocating for homeless rights. We hope to get an attorney to donate their time, but if not, there will be financial needs.
